He is a recognized expert in the areas of leadership, performance improvement and interpersonal skills. Art is the originator of the Purpose Centered Leadership™ system that has been used to improve performance in many facets of public and private life.
Art Jackson is an educator, consultant, counselor, coach and professional speaker. He is a recognized expert in the areas of performance improvement through leadership, team building, diversity and inclusion and interpersonal skills. Art has shared the platform with Les Brown, Stephen Covey, Willie Jolley and other prominent speakers.
Art is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts and Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, a Master of Science degree in Management and a Master of Arts degree in Theology and Pastoral Counseling. Art is certified in pastoral counseling by the American Association of Christian Therapists.
In addition to leading Eagles Nest Performance Management Inc., Art is currently an adjunct professor at the Graduate School USA; Conducts strategic planning for the Department of Homeland Security; And presents leadership training for the fire service, law enforcement and members of the US Central Intelligence Agency.
Art is the author of the diversity and inclusion book “Lions and Tigers and Bears– Oh My.” And his latest book, “Hangin’ Round The Barrel – How To Get Paid Everything You’re Worth And Be Worth Everything You’re Paid.”
