As the Founder & CEO of Reimagine Talent Co. she & her national team support employers, education institutions, and nonprofits in spearheading multi-generational workforce & talent development solutions rooted in belonging. In 2022, Chelsea was honored as a Tory Burch Foundation Fellow, a distinction for 50 of the nation’s most impactful business owners also driving social impact. She is a frequent contributor to media outlets like CNBC, Fast Company, Investment News, Insider, and Forbes on managing & leading multi-generational teams and engaging & developing Generation Z. Prior to founding Reimagine Talent, Chelsea spent a decade on Wall Street in Global Human Resources.

Trailblazing social entrepreneur, Chelsea C. Williams is the Founder & CEO of Reimagine Talent Co., a national workforce & talent development firm on a mission to educate the next generation workforce & empower organizations to build workplaces of belonging.

As a distinguished Forbes Next 1000 Entrepreneur of the Year and Tory Burch National Fellow, Chelsea is leading national efforts to reimagine the workplace, using her expertise to guide a team of consultants and trainers and support some of the nation’s leading organizations in multi-generational talent engagement, development & retention.

She’s also earned an international reputation as a compelling, highly effective public speaker, engaging audiences on topics including: how employers can prepare for emerging generation Z and how managers & leaders can build inclusive & equitable teams.

Chelsea and her team have consulted & led learning programs for organizations including: Miami Heat, Ben & Jerry’s, Cushman & Wakefield, LVMH, PR Council, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Girls Who Code, Black Enterprise, United Negro College Fund, and the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Prior to launching Reimagine Talent, Chelsea spent a decade on Wall Street managing & leading human capital across the U.S., Europe, and Asia.

Chelsea obtained her BA in Economics from Spelman College as a Jackie Robinson Scholar.

She is based in Raleigh, North Carolina.
