Biography
Dianna Sporcic, SHRM-SCP is a Field Services Director for SHRM. In her role, she is responsible for member acquisition and retention and partners with SHRM State Councils and SHRM Chapters to build successful teams to meet strategic goals. She hosts monthly and quarterly webcast on topics such as SHRM’s Workplace Solutions, How to Drive Membership, New Member On-Boarding and more. Additionally, Dianna was a Spotlight Stage presenter at SHRM’s Annual Conference on the Benefits of SHRM Membership.

Dianna is a certified Human Resources Professional with more than 20 years of experience as a HR practitioner with experience in senior level positions at property, corporate and remote settings.
Dianna spent almost 25 years with Hyatt Hotels starting in operations and then moving into HR. Prior to SHRM, Dianna was Director of HR for Hyatt Vacation Ownership (HVO) who is known for the most luxurious vacation ownership resorts in the world. She was instrumental in the M&A when Interval Leisure Group (ILG) purchased HVO. She remained on as a highly valued and strategic member of the ILG HR team while still supporting HVO. Dianna has diverse HR experience in hospitality, manufacturing, and labor relations.
