Biography
Janice Litvin is an award-winning workplace wellness speaker and author of Banish Burnout Toolkit. She focuses on helping leaders and teams banish burnout in their organizations. Her popular program teaches people how to change the way they react to stress from the inside out.
Her best-selling book, Banish Burnout Toolkit is a workbook that takes readers through the journey of untangling their behavior patterns so they can learn to modulate their emotions and change their behavior.
What makes Janice unique is her 20 years in human resources as a technology recruiter, 10 years in IT, study of psychology, and a lifetime of working on her own behavior to become a calmer, more rational person.
Janice is a member of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), where she is a Certified Recertification Provider and where her book is part of the recertification library, National Speakers Association, for which she is president-elect of the Northern California chapter, and WELCOA, where her Banish Burnout course is a featured wellness program in the Welcoa Institute.
She recently joined the team at Rutgers University Masters in Business and Science Externship Exchange program, where she leads and mentors student teams, partnering with various companies on real-world business problems.
Janice keeps audiences engaged with stories, humor and audience interaction. Janice also leads Zumba Fitness classes and is certified by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA).
