A published author, motivational & keynote speaker and mentor, Kimbertly’s career spans over 30 years across multiple work sectors, including, military, corporate, entrepreneurial, non-profit and federal government. He has amassed a broad wealth of experiences consisting of workforce and career development, human resources/human capital management, business analytics, data science, policy, training and development, operational and program management. He leads a dynamic publishing firm of high demand published works of business and talent management subject-matter-content. Kimbertly, also serves as Senior and Technical Advisor for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, he provides senior advisory consult to executive and senior leaders performing advanced data science research, qualitative and quantitative analysis for implementing enterprise-wide workforce planning, evaluation and program development.

Prior to joining CDC, Kimbertly held multiple executive and senior leadership roles as President and Chief Executive Officer of Double Eagle Enterprises; Director of Training and Workforce Development, Culpepper & Associates Security Services; Operations Management, FedEx Express; as well as Communications and Logistical Management, United States Air Force. Kimbertly, also serves as a board member for various non-profit organizations. Throughout his career, Kimbertly has been an innovator of developing systems, tools, methodologies and best practices designed to allow organizational leaders to make informed decisions in hiring the right people, at the right place and at the right time.

Kimbertly is a President Management Council Fellow, sponsored by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Federal Executive Board (FEB), completed Business Analytics Program, from Harvard Business School and holds a Master’s in Business Administration and Bachelor’s in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. He is certified as a Strategic Workforce Planner (SWP) through the Human Capital Institute (HCI).
