Terri Bogue brings her experience in healthcare and leadership to the stage to engage audiences. A renowned author and international speaker she extinguishes burnout, stop snowballing conflict, creates effective change, supports staff through occupational health challenges, and enables empathy in everyone. Terri’s audiences leave feeling energized and more effective.
Terri Bogue has a passion for helping people be healthy and happy, both physically and emotionally. As a clinical nurse specialist with over 30 years of experience in nursing, she understands how difficult healthcare and life are for patients and providers. Through this experience, she has developed tools that support healthcare providers in delivering effective and compassionate care to their patients and themselves and reducing healthcare-associated infections.
As an author, Terri engages and encourages her audiences and has spoken at local, regional, and national events. She inspires people to learn what boundaries are and how to maintain them, both professionally and personally, cool down a conflict during heated situations, and prevent and recover from burnout.
When she is not working, she spends her leisure time dissolving conflicts and improving communication patterns in her own home among her seven children, and enjoying moments of peace and quiet with her husband, Rob.
